Founder and Board President Virginia Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Arts from Radford University and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Stratford University, and possesses sixteen years of experience in the healthcare industry as a certified nursing assistant (CNA). 

Ms Lawrence has more than twenty years of non-profit volunteering experience.  Since 2008, she has been assisting individuals, NPOs, NGOs, and FPOs with their technological efforts with a focus in e-learning.

Cheryl Abram holds a Masters in Social Work from the Catholic University of America, a Masters in Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School of Quality Systems Management and certificates in Program Evaluation and Instructional Design.

Ms. Abram works at the Office of Personnel Management as a Learning and Development Specialist. Her core duties involve writing and interpreting government-wide training and development regulations. She has authored and co-authored Government-wide policy and guidance related to leadership development programs, training, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.

She is an Army Veteran, author, blogger, and, in her spare time, volunteers as a grant reviewer for Washington DC funding agencies, United Way and the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations.

Loredana Mitrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucharest Polytechnic University, Romania and has been living in the United States for over 10 years.

While in Arizona, Ms. Mitrea volunteered as a member of Chandler Sunbird Lions Club helping with fundraising events, bookkeeping, and financial audit support.

Loredana has a broad base of experiences ranging from customer service to quality assurance manager in a range of industries.
